Hey! So Glad You're Here.

About this site:

Ever spent hours online trying to find answers to your U.S. immigration questions? Me too. My purpose for developing this page is to create a single site where readers like you can find a collection of U.S. immigration information without having to jump from website to website.

On this site you will find accurate, useful, relevant, and hard-to-find immigration information pertaining to both U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant visas, as well as temporary protection programs. You will also find broad, complex, and confusing U.S. immigration topics broken down in an understandable manner.

Examples of topics I will cover are: U.S. permanent residency and U.S. citizenship applications, adjustment of status (AOS), Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). Below is a more extensive, yet not completed, list of what this site will cover:

  • Acquisition of U.S. citizenship by a child born abroad

  • Advance Parole

  • AOS and 245i

  • DACA

  • Child Status Protection Act (CSPA)

  • Citizenship

  • H-1B visa

  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests

  • Humanitarian reinstatement

  • I-94 and travel records

  • Immigration FAQs

  • Immigration news

  • NAFTA visa

  • Permanent residency

  • Student visa

  • Tourist visa

  • TPS

  • Visa bulletin

Please message me if you would like me to help clarify specific immigration laws or topics. The more suggestions, the better! Together we can grow this site and help you and your loved ones stay informed through your immigration process.

About me:
